Lisa Rinna On Her 19-Year-Old Daughter Dating 37-Year-Old Scott Disick: “It Is What It Is.”

On the upcoming eleventh season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Lisa Rinna talks about the eternal love between Amelia Hamlin, the 19-year-old daughter she shares with Harry Hamlin, and 37-year-old Scott Disick. Amelia and Scott have been together since last November. So CLEARLY it’s very serious. And in the trailer for the new season of RHoBH, we hear how Lisa’s co-star Kyle Richards agrees with the people who think that Scott is way too old for Amelia. So what does Lisa think about it? According to her, “It is what it is.”

Entertainment Tonight says that 57-year-old Lisa was on Andy Cohen‘s Watch What Happens Live! doing some promo for the new season. Her co-stars, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Sutton Stracke, and Garcelle Beauvais were all on as well. Lisa talked about Scott and Amelia’s relationship, saying not much, but admitting that Scott was better looking in person. That’s good, I would hate for the almost forty-year-old man dating my late-teen daughter to be uglier in person than pictures. That’s what really matters.

“Very similar to what you thought when you met him, he’s more handsome in person,” she told Andy. “We had a very nice time. He met [my husband and Amelia’s dad] Harry [Hamlin]. “Lisa then added of the relationship, “It is what it is, guys. It is what it is.”

In the trailer for the new season, Kyle is seen telling Lisa what we’ve all be thinking:

“He’s too damn old,” Kyle exclaims of Scott. Lisa appears to agree with her co-star’s assessment, responding, “I know!”

“And he’s got three kids!” Kyle adds.

A source tells Entertainment Tonight that Scott and Amelia are doing great and he’s her “first serious boyfriend.” Perfect, nothing wrong with a young woman who never dated getting serious with a grown man with three kids. I see no issues! The source said:

“Amelia and Scott are doing well. Amelia is mature for her age, and Scott and her [get] along great and things are easy… She likes to be cute with him and definitely has a big “crush” on him.”

Mature for her age but she has a “crush?” Sure, Jan. The source said Amelia is “really into him,” and apparently the two are going to be spending the summer in the Hamptons or in Miami.

Lisa Rinna has kept herself employed on RHOBH by being a certified trash-talking shit-stirrer, so of course she doesn’t care that her young daughter is handing her an easy B-plot as a side narrative for her new season. Lisa would get mad at Amelia if she didn’t contribute to the family business of doing too much!
